Located on beautiful Bella Lake, just 15 minutes East of Huntsville ON. One of the most pristine lakes in Lake of Bays. Well known for the crystal clear water, great fishing and quite Muskoka atmosphere.

The property is completely private with 250ft of waterfront and located without views from any neighbouring cottages. Privacy is a must!

Availability and Rental Application
Thank you for renting our cottage! We built this cottage to enjoy for many years and hope our guests will do the same. Our ultimate goal is to have a small group of renters that treat our cottage like it was their own and come back year after year. We will give booking priority to those that have rented from us in the past for following years.
Please read over the following Vacation Rental Contract carefully. Bella lake is a very small community and we want to maintain a good relationship with all the neighbours on the lake. The municipality requires short-term rental properties maintain a license that can be revoked. This is not a party cottage and we seek families that will use our property as a family vacation rental. Please do not attempt to rent our cottage if you foresee any trouble following the policies. Anyone that violates the agreement (having additional guests, smoking, pets or loud parties) will be asked to leave during the rental period.

Rental Application
Please contact us if the week you are interested in renting is currently unavailable and you would like to be notified of a cancellation.
Step 2
Contact us to confirm the availability and we will email you a rental application/agreement to complete.

Step 3
We will review your application and notify you once received. If accepted, an e-transfer for the damage deposit ($1500.00) will be require to hold your rental week. Full payment for the rental is due 30 days prior to the rental period by e-transfer or cheque.
Step 4
You will receive the lock box combination with the cottage key and address 24hrs prior to your rental period. Enjoy your vacation! (damage deposits will be returned within 30 days post rental)
